Dennis G. Deppe v. Sandra M. Sovinski, et al.

The judges of the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida (FLMD) have been caught in organized crime with attorneys from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that has come from the military and links to employees from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) that served under the Obama/Biden Whitehouse administration. The Petitioner was stalked, assaulted, and battered in three different episodes by the U.S. military and his own DOJ trying to end cases. One of the episodes of stalking, assaults, and batteries was in the district court proceeding of this case, in which the FLMD judges Julie Sneed and Embry Kidd (now on the Eleventh Circuit) participated. The FLMD judges are violating the district court’s Local Rule 1.05(a) to become improperly assigned to cases for DOJ attorneys, without proper jurisdiction. Once the FLMD judge takes improper control of the case, they use their judicial positions and the DOJ protection to commit the crimes explained in this petition, in this case as part of the military bribery scheme. The organized crime includes the chief judge of the FLMD, Marcia Howard, who oversees the random judicial assignment set by the district court’s Local Rule 1.05(a).
