Angel Murillo v. Monterey County Board of Supervisors

IFP petition · Court of Appeal of California, Sixth Appellate District, No. H053107 · judgment January 30, 2026

Question presented

Why am I not getting a chance to be responsible trying to look up to law enforcement and our court system regarding this wrongful treatment and lack of equal protection under the law, knowing my constitutional civil rights have been violated? How are low-income individuals like myself that cannot afford a attorney supposed to get assistance for correction within our court system when trying to rehabilitate my single-family home structure as a father after this terrorizing case causing delay within my responsibilities with a head injury disrupting my disability? Knowing my struggle of bias with getting help within this case.
