Where all of the North Carolina State Appellate Courts have denied review of a Court Order that was issued from a North Carolina District Court, which violates the United States Constitution of deprivation of property by depriving Petitioner of her share of marital assets in the form of a Postal Worker’s Pension, refusal to value and distribute corporation and ordering the Petitioner and all other occupants to be evicted from her own home and ordering her home sold, against her wishes, which deprives her of her property and the failure of the Durham County Clerk of Court willful failure to return Petitioners’ $15,000 cash bond that was associated with the previous dismissed appeal.
