Whether an Extraordinary Writ should issue where a criminal contempt conviction arises from: (1) an underlying civil contempt order imposed on a non-party absent a subpoena or legal basis, (2) denial of access to material exculpatory evidence necessary for defense and confrontation, and (3) presentation of an invalid contempt order to the jury resulting in a fundamental miscarriage of justice and violations of the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments.
