Question presented

Whether extraordinary relief in the nature of mandamus is warranted to require the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio to properly identify the operative complaint, clarify the defendants properly included in the action, address representation and service defects involving Bath & Body Works, Inc. and Vorys, address default/default-related relief, answer the structural-relief questions presented in Exhibit A and address all requested relief in Exhibit A, provide emergency stay or pause relief if necessary, establish meaningful medical-accommodation and protected medical-proof procedures, correct the Rule 26(f) record and discovery posture, stabilize proceedings after the lower court refused meaningful correction, and reassign or transfer the case to a neutral judge and region, including the Southern District of New York if necessary to restore public confidence and meaningful access to court.
