Ct. 1889 (2024), a defendant may bring an as-applied Second Amendment challenge to 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) requiring the government to justify permanent disarmament by historical tradition as applied to the defendant’s predicate felony convictions, or whether § 922(g)(1) is categorically constitutional as applied to all persons with felony convictions?
