Tamara Kimmel Love v. Kaiser Permanente Consolidated, et al.

Whether the United States District Court of Western Washington and the Employment Security Department failed in their duties under the United States Consitution, and the Constitution of the State of Washington to provide a fair trial, a trial by jury, procedural and substanative due process in the wrongful termination case against Kaiser Permante Consolidated, and that the Employment Security Department's attempt at collecting an overpayment constituted a taking of the Plaintiff, Tamara Love's personal property, and was contrary to the Supremacy Clause of the Consitution that resulted in the plaintiffs economic devastaion.
