(B) Whether trial counsel was inept and constitutionally ineffective by his admitted failure to object to lieutenant ligon,S QUALIFICATIONS AS AN EXPERT WITNESS AND PREJUDICIAL TESTIMONY THAT PETITIONER WAS A HIGH LEVEL DRUG DEALER, THEREBY DEPRIVING PETITIONER OF HIS SIXTH ADMENDMENT RIGHT TO COUNSEL.
