My contractual agreement with Amazon states that payment shall be made 2 weeks after load has been delivered; Breach of Contract, today 2889.89 is outstanding During court proceedings. Amazon cancelled my contract; Discrimination. I’ve been denied Due Process, my case has not been neared passed along without explanation; (Coersion) by Amazon’s Defendant Davis Wright Tremaine and I quote (“if you do not agree with our proposed motion, we will have no choice but to continue on with litigation and ask the Court to order your responses to our discovery and dismiss your case.")
