Issue I Whether errors under Erlinger v. United States, 602 U.S. 821 (2024) are structural errors, or whether they are subject to harmless or plain error review. Issue II If plain error review is applicable, this Court should establish the proper method for measuring prejudice when a defendant has pleaded guilty to the simple offense of 18 U.S.C. §922(g)(1).
