Whether the Second Amendment’s guarantee of the right to keep and bear arms applies fully to 18-20-year-olds. PARTIES AND RELATED CASES In addition to Petitioner Emanuel Leyton Picon and Respondent United States of America, the Appellant and Appellee respectively in the court below, the District of Columbia was an Intervenor-Appellee in the court below. The judgment now challenged by Petitioner was entered on September 4, 2025, by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in Emanuel Leyton Picon v. United States, No. 23-CF-0344. That appeal was from an April 11, 2023 (nunc pro tunc to April 7, 2023) judgment entered against Petitioner in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in United States of America v. Emanuel Leyton Picon, No. 2021-CF3-004336.
