The judgment now challenged by Petitioner was entered on September 4, 2025, by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in Emanuel Leyton Picon v. United States, No. 23-CF-0344. That appeal was from an April 11, 2023 (nunc pro tunc to April 7, 2023) judgment entered against Petitioner in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in United States of America v. Emanuel Leyton Picon, No. 2021-CF3-004336.
