Will the California First Appellate District Court Division 4 split decision creating new published law deprive thousands of homeowners’ due process under federal law, and the 14th Amendment of the Constitution? II. Can the Supreme Court review and resolve the State Court split that led to historic published mortgage lending law based on grave errors of assumption sweeping over material facts, merits, standing, and federal law against dual tracking? III. Can the Supreme Court affirm 14th Amendment rights of due process, so that an elderly incapacitated Appellant, and all mortgage borrowing general public can obtain jury adjudication after being harmed by mortgage lending abuses of dual tracking?
