Whether a defendant has a right to correct any statements made to a Presentence Investigator while under duress. Whether vague, unsure, and incomplete statements from a victim can be taken as facts and then expounded on by the court. Whether a defendant's rights to be sentenced on accurate information have been violated contradictory to 28 U.S.C.A. § 2254(d)(l)(2).
