Petitioner was illegally fired as a Police Officer for dutifully criticizing the anti-American and unconstitutional actions of the Respondent's police chief. In a perverted attack on American History and Tradition, and in violation of The United States Constitution, the governmental Respondent's police chief raised a “Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender, and Queer pride” flag against our American Flag at an American police department (App. 119a), and the chief desecrated and perverted the sacrosanct neutral and impartial visual appearance of The American Uniform with an official “Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender, and Queer pride” police uniform shoulder patch (App. 122a), thereby allowing individual police officers to publicly display and visually communicate their own personal opinions about sexual activity and sex-acts relating to “Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender, and Queer pride”, on The Uniform of America's Police Officers. This is a treasonous, capital offense. Never in American History has The Uniform of America's Police Officers ever been officially desecrated with visible bias, and the last time that uniformed executive officers in America raised a flag against our American Flag, it resulted in the American Civil War.
