Did the US District Court, for the Southern District of Florida violate the Petitioners due process, procedural due process and the equal protection clause? Did the court Abuse their Discretion in dismissing the Respondent City of Miami when Southern District Court of Florida arranged a settlement conference involving the City of Miami and then subjecting the City of Miami later to dismissing the Respondent from the complaint. Did the Courts operate in a truthful manner and uphold the integrity of the FRCP of the court? Are the Courts in violation of 18 U.S.C § 242 depriving the Petitioner of his rights under the color of law, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States?
