In The Constitution of the United States: The Right of Due Process of Law and Equal Protection Clause - 14th Amendment, Section 1, it states, in part, the following: “... nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. ”
