Whether absolute immunity shields government employees who report false information/omit exculpatory information in the investigation stage as well as those government employees who falsify criminal reports (both a civil tort and criminal offense that has no statute of limitations) and who collude with other branches of the government to violate Constitutional Rights and Due Process of Law?
