Question presented
1’ In light of the 13th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, should the employer who failed to provide medical care to the injured worker be responsible for fully paying all the benefits till the date of the circulation of the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ’s) decision, even if the WCJ ruled that the worker had recovered at an earlier date than the date of the WCJ’s decision? Also, should that employer also be responsible for an additional grace period? 2- Should the employer who deliberately delayed the medical care for the worker after the accident be responsible for the benefits starting from the accident date instead of the date the injured worker succeeded in getting his first medical care? 3- Would a court have bias when abiding to a standard of reviewing the cases in favor of the party who won in the lower court? 4- Would the ruling be overturned because I was not allowed to talk as I wanted during the hearing? 5' Can a court deny the right to have an effective lawyer by limiting it to unreasonable extraordinary circumstances?
