The Petitioner had disputed that he never received any notice including September 24, 2012, letter of expiration of 5-year statute of limitations as required under California Insurance Code 11580.2(k) which tolled the statute of limitations by 30-days. State Farm admitted dispute and supported with Petitioner’s letters dated August 25, 26, September 2, 6, 8, 2016, in support of its summary judgment motion. (App.56a66a)?
