The questions presented are below: I. Whether a Black mother and her Black child/student who walks through the main entrance of the public school doors every morning as does the non-Black mother’s. Does the Black mother lack the protection of the Fourteenth Amendment and/or any other Amendments that may apply. 2. Whether, assuming that freedom from segregation and discrimination in our schools is protected by the Equal Protection Clause the public schools are nonetheless compelled to prohibit it.
