The Appellant believes that the Respondent officers actions and the collaborators are guided by certain internal rules unknown to the Appellant, whether such rules allow the breach of the Constitutional Guarantees or Constitutionally Protected Rights of the Appellant.

Whether the actions of certain officers of the Respondent and the collaborators violated the Civil Rights of the Appellant.
