Petitioner Larry Klayman The Petitioner Larry Klayman (“Mr. Klayman”) is an attorney and a former federal prosecutor of the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Klayman is also the founder, and former chairman and general counsel of non-profit Judicial Watch and founder, chairman, and current general counsel of non-profit Freedom Watch.
