If a judge can put their finger on the scales of justice by delaying rulings as delays adversely affect the litigant seeking relief. If there is a need for a means of monitoring the period of time it takes a judge to issue a ruling in a civil case. If the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court errored in not using its powers under G. L. c. 211, § 3 to address the six outstanding motions filed in the Probate Court in 2019 that are preventing due process from proceeding as there are no other identified remedies.
