1.) Whether the Fourth Amendment was violated under Rodriguez v. United States, 575 U.S. 348 (2015) where individual acts by police to investigate a crime, unrelated to a traffic stop and unsupported by reasonable suspicion, extended the overall time of the traffic stop? 2.) Where multiple additional errors affected petitioner’s conviction and/or sentence in the courts below, should this Court exercise it’s supervisory power to vacate his conviction and sentence?
