1. Did the Second Circuit Court of Appeals prematurely dismiss the case without viewing the facts proving violations to Federal Statutes that shows a finance scheme exists which funds operations designed to force bankruptcy of the United States and harm to citizens of the US?

2. The court in this case would only see one small portion of the fraud I scheme with the defendants in this case. Harnessing the power of cash flows from illegal mortgage financing generates massive amounts of wealth which is being used to undermine the United States, our system of democracy and the soundness of our constitution. The financial crisis beginning 2008 was a replica of what is happening now due to COVID. I worked in the credit and housing counseling industry and know how the cash operations work supporting plans to bankrupt the United States. The defendants are part of larger scale organized crime that caused the housing crisis with help from , credit counseling agencies.
