Jon Myers v. Sondra Myers, et al.

When the Massachusetts Appeals Court acknowledged potentially in a skeptical manner that Myers’s story was a “Biblical level story” and the degree of evil was leaving a “humongous stain on the universe” was it rubberstamping a failing on the part of courts to ascertain the degree of destructiveness in Myers’s familial situation, and due to its gravity the mindset of the entire United States of America? Was indeed, a perfect storm of evil engendered, which is truly of one of a kind Biblical proportions, both in terms of the calamity of the occurrence, and the opportunity for an equal and - opposite reaction to occur?
