Is the United States Constitution’s 14th Amendment right to “equal protection under the laws” a protection afforded all litigant whether represented by an attorney or pro se?
When Fraud on the Court is colorably raised by a litigant to the State Courts is it within that Courts discretion to condone the fraudulent action?
Can a State Court at its discretion render valid Florida Statutes invalid when in doing so cause detrimental harm, bias and deny the litigant due process of law and the right to be heard?
