Is it a violation of (1) Equal Protection, (2) Due Process and/or (3) Freedom of Speech for a State Supreme Court especially where exceeding its express powers as set forth in its own State Constitution - to discriminate against attorneys and especially attorneys in its State advocating unpopular causes, through claimed inherent rule' making authority, as promulgated and/or as applied, by denying licensed attorneys the same fundamental procedural and evidentiary rights to a fair and impartial hearing, and to appellate review, in defending against license revocation, BS are otherwise constitutional rights provided by its State Constitution through its State Legislature to all other professionals, including physicians, and all other occupations in its State?
