Margaret A. Norton v. Colgate Palmolive Company

This case has “special reasons” for this court’s re­ view of the basis that the lower court’s mistake of fact is entangled in the proper determination of constitu­ tional law. The Question here is: Whether the New Jersey Supreme Court failed to apply Supreme Court Precedent, when an acknowl­ edged mistake by the court resulted in an improper judgement, in which violated the right of fairness.
