Bruce Alexander v. Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, et al.

Did the Western District Court erred in not allowing ALL parties to respond to the original complaint? Did the Western District Court erred in not allowing an ordered meeting by Judge Robert James, an "evidentiary meeting between Bruce Alexander and Henry Cotton and his attorney that never happened, that would have revealed pertinent information about the complaint and the validity of the complaint? Did the final judgment erred when the motion to dismissed filed by Henry Cotton was granted because complaint failed to state a claim on which relief can be granted? A claim for relief could have been granted by having an investigation on the Original complaint where monetary compensation would have been established which was stated. Did the final judgment also erred by granting reasonable attorney fees made by Henry Cotton when Henry Cotton did not perform his elected duties as Mayor of Bastrop and to be held accountable by his mission statement to the citizens of Bastrop? When a citizen of Bastrop comes to the office of the Mayor with a complaint, they are only asking for an investigation, regardless of the outcome. Mayor Cotton did NOT do the job for which he was elected and therefore should NOT be awarded attorney fees. Did the Magistrate Judged erred by the supplemental recommendation to dismiss the Plaintiffs claim against Governor Edwards when the Governor's office was served and not allowed time to respond? (The Governor may have wanted an investigation to show accountability.) Did the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit erred in not allowing the complaint to be heard and returned to the Western District Court?
