Question presented
Whether Title IV-D Agency Court had jurisdiction, both personal, subject matter, and plenary powers over my daughter and I when they issued a child support order while I was still in the jurisdiction of the 387th Fort Bend County District Court and in violation of my Constitutional Rights in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment Rights of the Constitution. Whether the order issued on 6/6/2011 is a void order due to lack of jurisdiction and in violation of my due process rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments under the U.S. Constitution.
