The question presented for review is whether failure to give proper notice and adhere to the dictates of the Oklahoma Power of Sale Mortgage Foreclosure Act (OPSMFA), particularly, OKLA. PTAT. tit. 46, § 43(A)(2)(b) and (c), which resulted in denial of the right to elect and pursue a judicial foreclosure of homestead property, violates the due process protections of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
