Jesse J. Davis, Jr., et ux. v. JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association

All of the following Constitutional Rights violations were raised to the Connecticut Supreme Court on the Motion for Certification to Appeal dated 01-19-18 which was denied on 03-28-18 (page A5) and the Motion for reconsideration dated 04-06-18, filed 04-06-18 and 04-17-18, which was denied on 06-20-18 (page A4). Many of the Constitutional Rights violations were raised to the Appellate Court on multiple Motions including the Motion for reconsideration filed on 12-06-17 (page A 11) and denied on 01-02-18 (page A13). 1. Sanctions violation of Constitutional Rights. Sanctions (page A2) Violate First, 5th and 14th Amendments of United States Constitution (pages Al 4, A 15) and would violate the Petitioners Constitutional Rights to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances, Right to Due Process of Law, Right to The Equal Protection of the Laws, Right against attempts to Abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States. The Appellate Court showing favoritism to Respondents by unjustly and unfairly granting the Respondents request to place unjustified Sanctions (page A2) against the Petitioners without any proofs or Legal Basis, is a attempt by the Courts, and the Respondents to Illegally block and hinder the Petitioners defense.
