Sec 1651(a) to vacate the order of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Wareham District Court, or other relief as this court deems appropriate. - Whether the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau violated Christopher Dawson's due process rights by failing to act on petitioner's complaint whereas it had exact knowledge of Defendants Ocwen and Litton Loan Servicing LP's misconduct resulted in premature and unauthorized foreclosures, violation of homeowners' rights and protections, and the use of false and deceptive affidavits and other documents.
