Is it an Obstruction of Justice, when an individual obstructs an oppressive DOJ investigation, when, the alleged crime to be investigated was not a crime, and the DOJ investigation was not created to investigate the crime, but was created to goad the individual into opposing, thereby "obstructing" the oppressive investigation? Can the District Court give an incomplete jury trial waiver colloquy that does not address the crucial jury trial waiver elements because of an individual's background?
