S. Supreme Court case, Snyder v. Phelps, 562 U.S. 443 (2011).

  1. Does the TCPA apply to a private employment dispute that involved allegedly defamatory statements in a private intended audience and being in a private location?

  2. The TCPA (Texas Citizens' Participation Act) has been changed and will take effective on 09/01/2019. Whether the change in law of the TCPA would have benefited the petitioner about the pending case or not?
