Are public officials allowed to show a repeated pattern of abuse and dereliction of duties and still maintain immunity towards a private citizen when these includes threats to murder and rape that citizen, threats to blow up that citizens house, gang stalking and wiretapping and usage of a signal jammer all of which are Federal crimes, ongoing and continual trespassing and property damage, loose pit bulls, lies stating they cannot use Facebook or residential cameras to charge someone with a crime? Does a prose litigant have more leeway or can their case be dismissed before any evidence is presented or given the opportunity to repair any defects in the pleading? Are public officials allowed to trespass onto your property and confiscate your packages without a warrant or consent? Are police officers allowed to force you to speak with them after you tell them to speak with your Attorney? Should any judge preside over a case when his mental stability is being called into question?
