This case is of first impression which strongly changes the process of ruling as guided by the US Constitution for every single court in the United States of America. As demonstrated in this case, The United States Supreme Court, under the doctrine of equitable maxim, has stated that a trial court enjoys a certain self imposed ordinance of broad discretion to disregard any and all precedence's developed by any appeals court, including the United States Supreme Court, and to disregard the United States Constitution, and its own State Constitution along with The Object Principle Of Justice.
