Petitioner is a citizen of The United States of America. Petitioner has certain constitutional and civil rights protected by the U.S. constitution. Petition believes that there was a manifest error and therefore injustice in an award of $346,000 in attorney fees for a mere $9500 jury award and petitioner's constitutional and civil rights guaranteed by the constitution are ignored by The California Supreme Court. The questions presented are: Whether the California Supreme Court has denied Petitioner's civil and constitutional rights by denying hearing the underlying case? Whether the California Supreme Court has undermined the judicial process impacting the civil and constitutional rights of individuals by allowing a second superior court judge to overturn the ruling of the first superior court trial judge?
