Jail Time For Bankruptcy Fraud When - will this Court put a stop to the ongoing bankruptcy fraud by state court judges that enriches discharged Chapter 7 debtor Michele Clark and her unsecured creditor attorneys David Marcus et al; and start enforcing 18 U.S.C; Secs. 152 [false oath or account] and 157 [false representation] which can include 5 years in jail? Enablers Are Flouting the Law -When will this Court put a stop to state court judges who have been enabling a scheme for years whereby any "difficult" attorney or litigant is punished [e.g. by making them lose cases or appeals; by labeling them as a vexatious litigant or as the "puppet" of a vexatious litigant; by disbarring them if they are attorneys; by creating false charges to get them sanctioned; or by awarding attorney fees against them based on an unenforceable prepetition contract] as recently described in detail in a US District Court complaint filed by one of Kinney's attorneys?
