The Petitioner Carmen (Carmelo) Pinnavaria (prose) Petition this Court that the orders from The Supreme Court of Illinois, case no. 122651; The Appellate Court of Illinois, case no. 2-16-0697; The Circuit Court of McHenry County, Illinois twenty-second Judicial Court, case no. 13 MR268. The above Courts violated the legal rights of pro se litigants under the Constitution. The above Courts violated the Code of Judicial Conduct as mandated by the Constitution. The Supreme Court of Illinois, case no. 122651, issues an order of "Denied" without explanation. The Appellate Court of Illinois, case no. 2- 16-0697 issued an order by "Rubber Stamp" without reviewing the case presented by the Petitioner. The Lower Court Circuit Court of McHenry County, Illinois twenty-second Judicial Court, violated the pro se legal rights under the law, as mandate by the Constitution. The Lower Court dismissed all filings by the Petitioner regardless of his merit by threatening him with contempt, only because he questions some of the rulings. The Court violated the Code of Judicial Conduct. Abuse of Power, Mistreated the Petitioner in a discriminative manner. Made clear to the Petitioner that he had no legal rights in this Court. The lower Court violated the right of Affirmative Defenses and denying the right of due process under the law, as mandated by the Constitution. The Questions Presented are: 1.
