Jean Coulter v. Alexander H. Lindsay, Jr., et al.

Petitioner Coulter again finds it necessary to bring to This Honorable Court's attention, yet another incredibly blatant example of overt criminal actions by members of the nation's judiciary. In the Instant Matter, a judge from the Pennsylvania Superior Court stood up in open court and announced that she was "stepping aside" in order to permit another judge to hear Coulter's case. There was no recusal. There was no change of assignments. There was simply the commission of a Felony, a serious crime committed in front of - numerous witnesses almost all of whom were - members of the bar (or employees of the court). Coulter wonders if This Honorable Court doesn't question if the increasingly egregious and even shocking, actions by members of the judiciary are related to This Honorable Court's willingness to look the other way to crimes committed by their Brethren from the bench or chambers of the jurist! This case proves both the complete corruption of the Pennsylvania Courts, even made part of the State's Rules of Court, as well as the State Courts' confidence that their criminal acts will be "forgiven" by the "Just Us System" (a) Questions Presented for Review Is PaR.C.P.Rule 233.1 Unconstitutionally Vague? a. Is the assignment of judges (as permitted by State "policies" and "procedures") sufficiently related to subsequent "improper acts" to require remand with orders for procedural changes and resulted in - their required reporting to Law Enforcement? b.
