Question presented
This is a case regarding land stolen, in one exparte lack of personal and two lack of subject matter jurisdiction trials, stolen from a first party by attorney officers of the court and quickly "physically" transferred by said attorney officers' client manager to a third party. Determination of the "True Owner" so as to enforce Petitioner's mechanics lien is pivotal to this case. Right to full statutory discovery time and constitutional jury trial demand ignored by all respective court levels of state of Georgia via personal judicial will and instead, said courts have shown deference to said third party because of Petitioner's pro-se status. Yet in contradiction, the Appeals Court refused to show deference to the Trial Judge's dismissal order as shown in their partial prefab Rule 36 affirmation. All statutory and case law has been ignored by all courts. Such is corruption and uniform application of constitutional rights is needed to preerve integrity of all courts in the United States. If state Supreme Courts are unwilling to protect litigants from the constitutional infractions perpetuated by its lower courts, then who will? 1. State trial courts are reviewers and deciders of fact and law. State Courts of Appeal are reviewers and optional deciders of law (when not using prefabricated rules of affirmation). Currently State Supreme Courts choose all cases by prerogative
