Question presented

Is not the government under the control of Congress that has an operation outside and independent of the original constitution of a separate jurisdiction, than the government with restrictions under the Constitution of another jurisdiction, each with its separate jurisdiction in this country? Does the U.S. District Court have subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction of an individual, of another jurisdiction, outside the.., constitution of that court? Does the I.R.S. have authority to place Liens on Property not within the same jurisdiction, property held by an individual as a matter of right? Do the states have authority of making a law in violation of the 1st article to the Bill of Rights to wit: no man can of right shall be compelled to or to maintain any religious establishment against his consent? Is not the constitution/preamble adopted and attached to the original, by the states in lieu of executing the original instrument, repugnant to the tenth section of the first article of the Constitution? 11.
