1. Order of the CourtIT IS ORDERED that the revised Rules of this Court, approved by the Court and lodged with the Clerk, shall be effective July 1, 2019, and that the amended provisions shall be printed as an appendix to the United States Reports. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Rules promulgated September 27, 2017, see 582 U.S. ___, shall be rescinded as of June 30, 2019, and that the revised Rules shall govern all proceedings in cases commenced after that date and, to the extent feasible and just, cases then pending.
