Order of the CourtIT IS ORDERED that the deadline to file a petition for a writ of certiorari in a case arising from the state or federal courts of Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands and due on or after the date of this order is extended to November 20, 2017, to the extent that the extension is within the Court’s authority to order. See 28 U.S.C. § 2101(c) (limiting available extensions to 60 days from due date for petitions for writs of certiorari in civil cases).
